Purchasing and Licensing Question - Account Renewal

Hi all
I have been routed here by a Customer Advocate so apologies if the wrong forum.

My business has received a renewal notice for "Link Fields" for Jira Core.

Is there anybody that can explain what the item "Link Fields" for Jira Core is so we understand we are renewing the correct thing?

Is this simply the field in Jira where a user can link one item to another (i.e. User Story to Epic etc)
