Having a problem getting our domain verified?

Hi,

I am having a problem getting out domain verified? I have creating a TXT record in on DNS server with the provided information and I have also uploaded the .html file to our root folder directory on our domain web server. I have started the process on Thursday April 19th and according to your documentation it states that the process can take up to 72 hours or maybe sooner. Can you provide any insight on why the domain has not been verified?
