Confirmation email does not have a link to verify

Hi.

I'm trying to change my email address via https://id.atlassian.com.

I filled out my new email address, and the following confirmation mail was sent to the address.

You recently changed your email address in your Atlassian account. To confirm the change please check xxxxxx@yyyyy.com to verify it's really you and complete the update.

The email address after "please check~" is a link to `mailto:xxxxxx@yyyyy.com`, which creates a new email to xxxxx@yyyyy.com via my email client(Outlook). I cannot find other links to make me proceed to verify my address change request.

How can I change my email address?

Hi Yuki,

It seems like the notification you shared is sent to the former address, have you tried the new email address (and checked the spam folder)? There might be a verification link!

Hi,

same probs over here in 3/2019! had for example "abc@mailaddress.com" and changed it to "xyz@mailaddress.com" (beware, think of those addresses as an example!). So the pre-@ parts a different as the rest is not. Still only got the type of confirmation mail like Yuki Okuno. Is this only an informative mail that something has happend to my account? Or should this be the real verfication? In this case "mailto:..." won't do. Do i have to wait for another mail?
