I don't usually deal with this Application too often, however today I wanted to update and expired MS Entra Certificate for Atlassian Cloud.
All went well until I wanted to login to Atlassian, where I am prompted with the following error message:
"Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in. We're having trouble logging you in. There seems to be an issue with your identity provider. Wait a few moments, then try again. Try logging in again f5bc8b69-d360-4604-94b7-15676db95dca"
on the address bar I can see:
"?error=access_denied&error_description=Invalid thumbprin"
This recurs on 2-3 browsers with cleared cache and site data.
Due to this fact I cannot open a case......
LE: Other team members can access the site, however I did not check with the other Site Administrators.
This is am ORG widespread issue.
Entire organization is down and production is affected but I cannot open a freaking case.
Can some from Atlassian get in touch?
