It's possible the email address you're trying to change it to is not receiving message from our mail system, if your email service previously returned an error when the invitation was sent. I can check our mail system logs to determine if this is the case, but I will need the email address you're trying to change your account to in order to check.
You can comment here with the email address and I will edit it out as soon as I have it (Community is a public-facing website), or you can email me directly with it.

Thanks for sending which address you're looking to change to. I checked our mail service records and see 3 delivery attempts, all successful, to that email address. The timestamps are here in UTC:
I would suggest checking your spam folder - it sometimes happen that these emails get pulled in there. From the signs on our end however, Google did accept delivery of the emails.

I see two additional successful deliveries to the Gmail address with these timestamps:
Google's mail servers accepted these messages and returned no error codes. If there's a filter or something preventing these from showing up in your mailbox, perhaps you can uncover them by doing this search in the gmail interface:
That search should show you any messages from the Atlassian Mailer (invitations, notifications, marketing emails, etc) including messages in the trash or spam.
