If you're trying to log in to any Atlassian Cloud accounts, you can reset your password if you're not seeing some other error:
Otherwise you should contact the help desk or the administrators at your workplace. Based on your email address, it looks like you might be trying to log in to a Server product. There is probably a single sign-on system where you're trying to log in at and you may need to have an administrator unlock your account or change your password. If you don't have any way to go about contacting the help desk at your work, see if your supervisor knows.
