your acess has been revoked

Hi,

I'm trying to add a teammate to JIRA, but the page is saying "your acess has been revoked " to her.

Could anyone help?

OK, in MY case, I'm an admin, I've specifically invited a team member using this:

https://<company name omitted>.atlassian.net/jira/people/search

She got the email invite, clicked on the link, but it said her access was revoked.

I then set up a new project, selected it as a Scrum, then added her as an admin to the project--still saying her access was revoked.

Any suggestions?

Hi Luiz - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What steps are you taking? Do you use Atlassian Access? Is that connected to Okta? If so, she will need to be added in Okta first.
