You will want to check out Atlassian's Trust center for this type of information.  For your specific needs I think the Compliance Resource section will be of most interest: https://www.atlassian.com/trust/compliance/resources

I'm not exactly sure what it is you are looking for from Atlassian, but this is the best place to start.
