I can't access my company JIRA account

When I try to log into JIRA or confluence, I receive the following message. Please advise.

 

We couldn’t log you in

You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again.

I have tried using another browser but this hasn't resolved the issue.

"The API is available for customers using the new user management experience only."

I guess you are trying to use the api call on an organisation that has the old user management experience.
