Hello,
We explored JIRA Service Management at the beginning of 2020, and the site (https://ulb.atlassian.net) was set up by a contractor who never set anyone else as an administrator. That contractor is gone, his accesses were revoked, and so we lost all administrative access to the site.
We would now like to try JIRA Software and Confluence (which I used extensively before at Réseau Canopé), but are unable to do so. I can provide specific documents to prove I work at ULB, but is there a way for Atlassian to either add me as an admin or change the old administrator password? Either would be the preferred solution that to create another Atlassian instance. We plan to try a few things and then buy a licence.

If you don't have access to an active Organization Administrator, you are going to need to submit a request to Atlassian Support to help you get into your Cloud site.
