Hi All,
I've done very something silly as I was super keen to get started with Atlassian Cloud. I've created a tenant called company.atlassian.net. I set up a trial of Access and enabled SSO with my verified domain using the azure market place. I accepted all the defaults and from that point I was locked out. I was stupid in that the default account was in the SSO domain that was claimed. I can't log a ticket because the account is free, but I can't upgrade the account because I can't log into it.
I was thinking of starting from scratch, but how do I re-add the same domain on a new tenant? I own the domain so have access to the DNS etc.
Cheers
Hello eef,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I saw that you created a ticket with our support team and they already helped you to get access to your site again.
The resolution, in this case, was to add your other email as the org admin, so in case anyone face this issue and read this thread, the best option is to contact support and allow them to access the site, so it's possible to add another email as the org admin to access the organization on admin.atlassian.com.
Regards,
Angélica
