I am in a place where I require changing email addresses, but the current domain is managed. No one knows who the org admin is and I've found no guidance in the knowledge base or Atlassian Community forums. Short of opening a service ticket, I'm trying here first.
Does anyone have any pointers? Thanks
Hello Chris,
Honestly, with this case, it's best to reach out to the Support Team. They can help you out by looking into your instance, finding who manages the domain, and advising you further.
In order to raise a case, go to support.atlassian.com.
Thank you for your understanding!
Regards,
Shannon
I appreciate your answer, Shannon. Thankfully I figured out who had access, after posting my question. Through spamming enough internal people with screenshots of what to look for, a couple people came forward. No one knew they had access.

Thanks, Chris! So glad you were able to finally determine who it was who had access.
Take care, and I hope you have a nice weekend.

Shannon
