We have changed our domains for some of our users while others stayed on the old domain in Nov/Dec 2020. On verifying - we have not claimed the accounts with the new domain as other users are in another Jira cloud instance and were not to be claimed and managed by us yet.
This morning I got the email stating "Your organization now manages your account" - the audit log does not show who did that? It is displaying all managed accounts with both domains now in our instance. How can we find that out?
Also how does this now affect us migrating from our xxx.atlassian.net to yyy.atlassian.net instances? xxx has both domains claimed and yyy has only the new one claimed I think.

You were not the only one - Atlassian has posted the following on their status page regarding this
We are currently investigating an issue where accounts of some domains were incorrectly claimed within an Atlassian Organisation. This also caused a bulk update of users via email with a subject “Your organization now manages your account”.
