I have a user that I cannot re-enable. The user is not showing in the Managed Accounts section to allow me to re-enable the deactivated account. I am not sure what to do to get her access to the system. I have reviewed all of the articles associated with this issue and none of them address when a user isn't in the Managed Account section.
