Customer is not getting an invite

Hello,

I have an issue, I sent an invitation to our customer. He carefully checked his mailbox, however he didn't receive an invite.

May I ask you for a help?

Hi @Rami ,

The above answer is incorrect - invitation emails are sent immediately and only subject to the limits on the recipient's email server. If they've not received the email within just a couple minutes, that indicates there was a failure between our outgoing mail processor and the recipient's email service, which Atlassian Support needs to investigate.

Unfortunately I'll need the recipients email address to drill into our mail logs. As Community (here) is public, I wouldn't suggest replying to this answer with private information. You can email me directly at deads@atlassian.com with that information, or open a support ticket from this form and include the intended recipient's email address when creating the ticket.

My apology for the above answer I missed to write that it sends invite immediately. But It took 7-8 hours, a couple of months ago when I tried to send an invitation. Based on that experience I have written the above answer.

Hi @Rami ,

It sends an invite immediately!

Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to receive the invite email

Just in case if there were some other issues. So, I'll recommend you to contact Atlassian Team HERE
