Como se puede recuperar información si la plataforma te ha bloqueado todo lo trabajado?

Como se puede recuperar información si la plataforma te ha bloqueado todo lo trabajado teniendo en cuenta que esto se realizo un par de meses antes de decidir tomar la prueba y una vez pasaron 15 días la información fuera de la carpeta de prueba simplemente se bloqueo
