Change password email not received


We are having problems entering the TRELLO platform with the account [Removed by Moderators]

It seems that it is a valid account, but we do not have the password and the emails to reset it do not reach us. This account is Office 365 and I have checked the message tracking center without finding any problems.

Can help us?

Hello Luis,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the email on our tools, there was a bounce due to the following error:

550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: ... in relay recipient table

I removed this bounce and the notification should work now.

Please, take your time to test and let us know how it goes.

we also having the same problem but for Jira Software product. do you mind check for this account too?

here is the email :

This account is Office 365 and we have checked the message tracking center did not finding any problems. In addition, we also did not receive the email verification even on our first layer email gateway.

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

Checking your email here, it didn’t return any bounce that we could remove, but Atlassian emails are being rejected.

Please, share these errors with the mail server admin and also ask them to whitelist our Domain and IPs:
