We are having problems entering the TRELLO platform with the account [Removed by Moderators]
It seems that it is a valid account, but we do not have the password and the emails to reset it do not reach us. This account is Office 365 and I have checked the message tracking center without finding any problems.
Can help us?

Checking the email on our tools, there was a bounce due to the following error:
550: 550 5.1.1 ...@... Recipient address rejected: ... in relay recipient table
I removed this bounce and the notification should work now.
