Good day, my new team member unable to receive the verification email. The email is under this domain vi.app

 

Kindly check if there's any verification email to this domain that being blocked.

Hi Peter:

Two areas that you can check -

1) Contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance since they can access the systems logs on their end for the CLOUD env to determine if there are any error.

2) Verify that your team member in question to see if he/she is the only account that is having the problem?  Also, you can verify if his/her email client app setup to see if he/she has filtered out the email notifications?
