After using ADM for a little bit, I noticed that when I pull data from Entra ID, there are no disabled users included. This causes a problem because how would I update my user object in assets to inactive using this?

I don't believe that the Entra ID User connector has any filters applied when it comes to the collection of user information. It should retrieve all the records from the source. Can you please double check and verify if the disabled user records exist in the source of yours.
Also verify if you have implemented cleansing rules in ADM for the Entra ID User data source. One of the cleansing rules could potentially filter disabled users. This cleansing rule is known as filter bitwise - disabled. Please verify if this rule is implemented against the Entra ID User source. If that is the case, please delete/remove this cleansing rule.
