Atlassian: What’s your role at Architech?

Mihajlo: As the Brand Manager at Architech, I oversee the branding, marketing strategies and communication efforts for our products, including Archy AI Assistant. My role involves ensuring that our brand message is clear, consistent and resonates with our target audience. I work closely with the product development and sales teams to align our marketing strategies with our product goals and customer needs.

Atlassian: How does your team come up with ideas for new apps?

Mihajlo: We come up with new app ideas by listening to customer feedback, analyzing market trends, and conducting regular brainstorming sessions within our team. We also keep a close eye on industry developments and continuously gather insights from our partners and users to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.

Atlassian: What do you think has been the secret to your success so far?

Mihajlo: The key to our success has been our customer-centric approach. We prioritize understanding our customers’ needs and developing solutions that truly make a difference in their workflows. Our focus on quality, continuous improvement and leveraging advanced technologies like AI has allowed us to deliver innovative and reliable products. Additionally, our strong team culture and commitment to collaboration have been crucial in driving our success.

Atlassian: What is your most popular app? What problem were you trying to solve for customers when you created it?

Mihajlo: Our most popular app is Archy AI Assistant. We created Archy to address the common challenges faced by Product Managers and agile teams within the JIRA environment. Many teams struggle with managing backlogs, ensuring clear communication and maintaining productivity. Archy leverages AI to automate backlog item creation, provide actionable insights and enhance overall productivity and clarity. By solving these pain points, Archy helps teams work more efficiently and deliver higher quality products.

For Archy, we plan to integrate even more advanced AI capabilities, expand its features and improve its user experience. Additionally, we are looking into developing new apps that can further support agile teams and product managers. Our goal is to continue innovating and providing tools that empower our customers to achieve their best work.
