Hello everyone!

I am having an issue where I created about 18 projects using one template with Deep Clone. However, when I go to the dashboard that uses Custom Charts, I can only see 10 out of the 18 projects. I don't know why this is happening. I want all 18 projects to appear on the dashboard.

Hi Abdulrhman - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Have you checked the Permission Scheme for those projects to make sure that you have the Browse Project permission?

Sure - you will need to be a Jira Admin to see this. Go to the project board, and in the bottom left menu you should see a link for Project Settings.

If you do not, then go to Settings > Projects

On the list of Projects, click the 3 dots to the right by the Project in question and select Project Settings.

Once you are there, you should be able to select Permissions in the left menu and see who has the Browse Project permission.
