It was announced at Team '24 that all Atlassian learning is now free. Check it out here: https://university.atlassian.com/student/catalog. There is also a very robust YouTube channel for Atlassian https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCL1yMVRMh3vxitPiVaXfkoA. If you can't find what you are looking for there and depending on what skills you want to gain, there are numerous creators out there with Atlassian content. All it takes is a simple search. If you need more help, please let us know what skills you are looking to gain and on what applications.

What kind of skills?

For developers, there are lots of ways to improve tech skills, such as shadowing, “exchange program”, pair programming, and other mobbing techniques.

To build skills, however, teams need to have a “safe space” in order to “fail fast” and continuously improve.
