Good day all! Is anyone experiencing issues with synchronising Toggl timesheet entries with Jira? Since the Jira update, multiple team members are experiencing issues with entries not syncing completely between Toggl & Jira Timesheet. Most often being short with a few minute. No matter how many times we resync - certain entries simply don't correspond between Toggl and Jira.  Any insights will be appreciated. Thanks :-)

Is this through an App?

If yes, it might be beneficial to contact the vendor and see if there's a bug or error.

You can see contact details for an App's vendor via the Support tab on the App's Marketplace listing:

  1. Go to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/
  2. Search for the App you're using, and select it
  3. Select the Support tab; contact details are on the right-hand side
