Starting to import results from TEST-calculatorTest.xml
ERROR: Step ‘Xray: Results Import Task’ failed: Unable to confirm Result of the upload..... Upload Failed! Status:401 Response:{"error":"Xray data is in another region. Contact support to migrate Xray data to current region."}

I executed testing with JUnit using Jenkins, but I am unable to upload the test results to the Xray test management tool, even though I have correctly configured the plugin with Jenkins. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?

This might have to do with the Data Residency, your Jira and Xray Data location might not be a match.
