My ToDo list in not showing all the time

Hi,

We have the My ToDo plugin in our Jira.

I configured default values for a Task, but I noticed that the issues created after the configuration are not showing these default values consistently. Sometimes the values appear in the issues, but sometimes they don't.

More then that, on issues that have values sometimes I cant see them, it seems to depend on the screen from which I open the issues.

The vendor is not responding to tickets, so I'm asking here if anyone has encountered similar issues with this plugin and knows how to fix them.
