I have different Jira account from different clients and want to extract Jira data using filters. But Jira add-in shows only Starred filters of one of them.
How can link my relevant jira account issued by every client to the Jira add-in in different Excel workbook?
I've changed my account from my avatars and all current solutions in google, but has worked yet.
Hi Kourosh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I suggest you contact the vendor of the add-on directly for their support.
Thanks John.
but the add-on is Jira Cloud for Excel, and I assume the vendor is Atlassian.
To clarify the issue:
I've got Jira Cloud add-on installed in XL workbook1 for client1 and Jira account1.
I've got Jira Cloud add-on installed in XL workbook2 for client2 and Jira account2.
I've Jira filters1 for account1, and Jira filters2 for account2.
I expect to see Jira filter1 in XL workbook1 and Jira filters2 in XL workbook2. But, I see Jira filters1 in XL workbook2 even after I change my Jira account in XL workbook2.

Thank you for the clarification. It sound more like you have an issue with your filters.
And what do you mean by account? Is this a separate project? Or a separate Jira instance?

Separate Jira instance. Jira instance1 on the client1.atlassian.net, and instance2 on the client2.atlassian.net

That sounds like a caching issue with your browser. Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
