Hi,
I'm working on a project that uses Jira Workflow Toolbox. I need to be able to analyze the workflow configs. How would i go about doing that?
Hi @gregory_wallace ,
I'm Sergio, I am part of the Decadis team and I would like to propose a solution using our plugin Admin Toolbox for Jira, which offers a Workflow Report and directly points you to workflows and transitions making use of any condition, validator of post function by Jira Workflow Toolbox (or any other app!).
Since you might not be admitted to just add another app on a production instance on the fly, using it on a staging environment that has been updated with a recent XML-backup should be a valid workaround. Obviously, a 30 days trial should be initially suffcient for your current use case.
If you need an extended trial, or any additional help with the configuration of our plugin, please, visit our documentation, create a request in our support portal or reply to us in this thread. We will be glad to help.
Best regards,
Sergio
Jira Workflow Toolbox is a third party add-on, thus you need to reach out to the vendor for technical support.
JSM out of the box, one can access the WFs (assuming you are the project admins/system admins), you can access the WFs in question via Project settings >> Workflows UI from the project UI.
Hope this helps.

Hi, @gregory_wallace 👋 Thanks for your question.
Can you be a bit more specific? For example, what is the use case? What problem(s) are you trying to solve?
The more detail you provide, the more likely someone in the community will be able to help. As is, we don't really have much to go on.
Best,

Thanks for responding. Um, What i'm trying to ascertain is how much the add-on is used witin the instance. How many workflows use the add-on etc?

Oh! Sorry about that, @gregory_wallace. I did not realize you were referring to an Atlassian Marketplace app (in this case, from Decadis).
In this case:
