Getting an error: Received error from server in the JIRA Rich Filter for Dashboard.
Have refreshed as well, still the error persists. Attaching the screenshot for reference.

I suggest you contact the vendor directly.

The vendor who makes the Rich Filters app. You can find that if you go under Manage Apps.
