Get values from project Components section and update it to customfield(selectlist) values?

Hi Team,

How to 'get the values from project components sections and add/update those values to customfield(Selectlist) value section?'

I know we have built in script to import the customfield values. But every day we are adding many of components so that we need to add script for auto update from component section to customfield.
