When a subtask move to "In progress", I would like the parent story also move to "In progress" automatically from any status.

Can someone help me.

subtask Wf use statues like - Ready for Devlopement,In QA,Testing use one trasition "Back to In progress"

And if the wf  also use open to Inprogess with transition "start Inprogress"

you need to add a Transition Parent Issue post-function to the Start Progress transition of your sub-task workflow. On that post-function, you'll specify the transition to trigger on the parent story (Start Progress).

Hi @Abby Mohapatra 

You should be able to do this with automation also. And you must make sure your parent issue can transition into in-progress from any status. But I'm sure @David Fischer explanation is simpler and easier.
