Xray compatibility with jira 8.13

I am unable to import cucumber results to jira(v8.13) from Jenkins (v2.222) using xray plugin (v1.3)

Does xray plugin was compatible for jira(v8.13)?

Yes, the Xray plugin for Jenkins is compatible with any Jira version, including v.8.13.

It communicates using a REST API, and we keep it compatible so it can work with different versions.

Please check the Jenkin logs; they should provide some clues about what is happening.
