Could somebody recommend to me a plugin for complex analyse of team productivity with visual reports (charts and graphs)? My team use Jira Cloud. I will be appreciated for any recommendations.

It has lot of examples and it is more of a BI solution where you can customise the reports to a great extent but it really depends on what you want to see in those reports and there are plenty of add-ons for reporting.
