Test cases appear as not executed on the Story it is included in multiple test cycles

Hello,
I have this situation where a test case was executed in the sprint, and then the same test case will be executed in the Regression Test Cycle, so it is included in 2 test cycles.
Even though the test case was executed successfully in the sprint, it appears as not executed on the Story.
Can you suggest a solution for this, please?
