Reporting with User Roles

Hey everyone,

how do you guys handle your reports? Especially with informations like user roles.

We are using Tempo for our time tracking and also generate reports out of it. Unfortunately it is not possible to export the user roles with it which we defined for each of our users (in Tempo > Settings > Roles / Manage Staff). 

It would be really beneficial for us if it is somehow possible to get the worklogs on the issues with the user roles. So that we could really simplify our billing ..

Do you have any advises or information on how you handle this?

I have the same need: a report of users that includes roles. The feature request above is on a site called Tempo.io. Is there an Atlassian product request for this feature?
