Thank you! We're excited too. We already have customers effectively using our custom fields to enhance their ITSM processes.
For example, one popular use-case involves the Priority Matrix, where customers can specify the impact and urgency. The Priority Matrix then calculates the priority, enabling teams to sort their requests more effectively according to their urgency and importance.
We are eager to see how the other fields will further assist our customers in streamlining their workflows and improving service management.
These are really good improvements. I especially like the WSJF function - it helps sort out the answer on what issues we can work on to get the biggest impact. Great work!
