Display last Issues for Organization in Issue view

Hi.

Is there any add-on which can display last X number of issues for a particular organization in Issue view?

This would help our team to see what other issues is the Organization dealing with without searching for it.

You can create a jql filter , save it and share it with your team. You can also add a gadget with the filter on the team's dashboard.

This is not the solution. I would like to have lets say 10 previous issues displayed right in the new issue, that engineers can see what was previously opened for the customer.

I understand that we can do search filters, but this is not the solution I am looking for, because nobody wants to start clicking elsewhere.
