Why is Confluence Cloud a good place for your team meeting notes?

Confluence Cloud offers you and your team the possibility to write down any information on Confluence pages. So why not bring your meeting notes into Confluence? On a Confluence page you can document all your meeting relevant information, record results, distribute tasks or use the pages as a source of information for people who are absent
The problem is that you quickly lose the structure and overview after several meetings.

The solution is Properties

With Properties, this is no longer a problem. Using the Properties Group macro, you can assign meeting-relevant properties such as room, date, participants, etc. to the individual Confluence pages. This allows you to structure individual pages much better. With the Report Macro you can display all your meeting notes on one Confluence page and see all your meetings at a glance. This way you always have an overview of all your meetings and can track them better. You want to change something afterwards? No problem. You can also change properties directly in the live view.
