Hello! We’re thrilled to announce our latest release - AssetIT v1.4.6 for Cloud. This time, the new release is packed with exciting new features and significant updates designed to enhance your experience. Here's what's new:

New Feature in AssetIT v1.4.6 for Cloud: Depreciation

Managing asset values just got easier with our new Depreciation feature in AssetIT. This tool simplifies asset management, providing you with up-to-date valuation information at your fingertips. Here's how it works:

• Automatic Calculations: Just input the initial cost of an asset and its depreciation period. AssetIT will handle the rest, calculating the asset's current value based on the provided data.
• Financial Planning: This feature aids in better financial planning and reporting by providing accurate, current values of your assets.

Feature Updates

Import/Export Enhancements

We’ve made significant improvements to our import/export functionality to streamline your workflow:

• Licenses Import/Export: When importing licenses, you can now include data on which assets each license is assigned to. This reduces the need for manual data entry and ensures the correctness of all information.

• User Resources Export: Exporting user resources is now supported in the “People” section. This enhancement makes it easier to share and manage user-related data across your organization.

Attachments

Managing digital assets has never been more convenient! You can now attach a variety of file types to both Assets and Licenses, including doc, docx, pdf, xlsx, txt, xml, zip, rtf, and rar files. This ensures all relevant documents are in one place for easy access and management.

Booking Form

For administrators, we’ve streamlined the booking process with automated check-in and check-out. No more switching back and forth. Admin can now let the automations do the jobs. This makes the check-out process faster and more efficient.

Reservations

We’ve made managing reservations more flexible with Direct Updates. You can adjust the booking plans directly in the reservation hall. This ensures a smooth and adaptable reservation process without the need for cumbersome steps.

Custody Verifications

Handling verification requests is now more efficient and detailed with Device Specifications. You can add device specifications to verification requests, ensuring all necessary information is readily available. Set up these specifications in Preferences for easy access.

Bulk Actions

Transferring team members or managing multiple resources at once? We’ve made it simpler with Bulk Check-In in AssetIT v1.4.6 for Cloud. With the new bulk check-in button in the “People” section, you can check-in all resources from a user at once, maximizing efficiency and saving time.

Improvements in AssetIT v1.4.6 for Cloud

• Delete Records: Admins can now delete API integration records, helping maintain a tidy and efficient system.
• Search by Serial Key: You can now search for licenses by their serial key, allowing you to quickly locate the information you need without going through extensive lists.
• Customer Bookings: Customers can now be checked out or booked for assets more efficiently, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Detailed Emails: We’ve improved the information provided in custody verification emails, reducing the need for follow-ups and ensuring clearer communication.
• UI Update: The Permission feature UI has received a modern and intuitive redesign. Check it out and enjoy the improved interface.
