what is default administrator usename and pwd for jira?

i have forgotton myjira username and pwd.

is there anyway to login into jira without username and password or is there any default administrator usename and pwd that comes with jira?

And also i would like to know that is there any way to bypass login machanism?

The SDK comes by default with admin/admin.

Hi Tom,

For security purposes, there are no such way to bypass the login mechanism and to access JIRA without username and password if its not configured that way. However to access JIRA administration without the necessary credential is not possible for security purposes.

However you could use the following links to reset the administration password if necessary. Please create a database backup before UPDATE for safety precaution.

i don't think default username and password come with jira, you have to provide while installation.

you can get your username or password to your email ID by clicking on Can't access your account? link
