"Custom User Pickers" fields and Groovy

Hi, I have a filed with multiple selection to choose users from, and after a transition where I choose them, I want to add the users to watchers. How can I get every user in order to 'startWatching'? I see 'for each' loop would be helpful but don't know how exactly the values in the field is written.
