trying to create an nFeed custom field which is based on a DB query/view. The source database field is the jiraissue "due date" and the view is extracting the year and month from this date. Have set up the nFeed configuration. But when viewing the custom field in the item navigator, no values are returned even though the due date is not empty. Any thoughts on what might be wrong? Thanks.

Hello Mike,
I am Nicolas from Valiantys support team.
If you cannot see any value on your nFeed fields, perhaps you should try to raise the error level. This might help you figure out what the problem is. Please look at the nFeed documentation in order to see how to raise the error level -> https://valiantys.atlassian.net/wiki/display/NFEED56X/Advanced+configuration.
Please let me know if any error is raised.
Regards,
Nicolas

Hello Mike,
Valiantys no longer supports this version of nFeed. Please update your nFeed version, raise the error level and see if an error apears.

Nicolas

The important parts of the config for your problem are Rendering for HTML and Rendering for column view, the latter is what is used in Issue Navigator.
I will let the guys from Valyantis take it from here.

Hi Mike,
can you see the value of the field when you open individual issue, not in Issue Navigator?

Can you test the SQL Query its self to see what it does return? Also can you paste screenshots of the nFeed configuration?
I have used nFeed a bunch of times but I am no expert. I would add a tag on your question with the add-on name so that Valyantis support can be notified and help you with it.
