missing Plugin Test Console in jira 7.1.0

I don't know if this is any help, but I had the same issue and found it here http://localhost:2990/jira/plugins/servlet/it-test-console

I am getting a 404 on that page. Is there a specific plugin or anything we need to enable for this? This is after starting the JIRA instance with atlas-debug.

Thanks so much Djoni for the URL, but none of the button or links on that page works.  They send an ajax req which results in 404.  The req is:

http://localhost:2990/jira/rest/fastdev/1.0/reload/withtests

Well, I thought fastdev was deprecated!!!  What the hell, so I enabled fastdev in the POM and the reqs return 200, but who knows if this test console is deprecated as well since it's using fastdev.  Anyone know of a Atlassian developer's support group?
