Hello,
how can we consult JIRA Service Desk calendars in order to calculate working hours from between two given dates? Are they stored in some table inside Jira?
Thanks

Hi Antonio,
Are you looking to see which calendars are being used to calculate performance against an SLA?
You can access this by going to Project Settings (ensure you're viewing the appropriate project + have admin privileges) in the bottom LHS, then clicking on "SLAs" in the second section.
At the bottom, there should be a link called Calendars.
As for calculating working hours between two given dates, if it can't be done with an SLA, it might be worth looking into a calculated field - https://innovalog.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JMCF/JIRA+Misc+Custom+Fields
Hi Jimmy,
thanks for your response. Actually, we are trying to calculate SLAs based on delays (date difference), e.g. between compromised delivery date and real delivery date. We need to know the number of working days/hours the vendor is late. But this calculation shoud be done based on a particular JIRA Service Desk calendar.
It doesn't matter if calculation is done internally in JIRA or in an external BI tool, bit it's clear for me that we should access the internal tables of JIRA Service Desk in order to consult the calendar paremeters as week timetable, bank holidays or working hours.
Reagrds,
Antonio

Ah OK, I haven't looked into the schema, but would be interested to hear if anyone else has a solution.
