default name and email fields still show in issue collector for anonymous user

I followed a post to remove the default name and email fields from the issue collector form. I made the code adjustment and updated the jar file. The name and email fields are removed for users that are logged into JIRA but not for anonymous users.

Have the same problem. We use our own custom name field and would like to get rid of the default ones.
