XSRF check failed error

Jerrett Fowler June 9, 2016

Hello,

I'm finding it extremely difficult to find the answer to "XSRF check failed". I've noticed a few places have answers for different Atlassian platforms but not for Crowd. I'm building a client that will communicate with Crowd via the API, and I keep getting this error. I've found no way to turn it off, the added header suggestion I found also didn't seem to work.

I'm working on local host, using a trial version of Crowd with some test data. And MAMP is being used as the web server. It's got a web app on it that has a crowd auth plugin that I am developing for it.

My question is, is there any way to just turn this off in Crowd?

Thanks!

Try adding Origin header in the REST API call, see the link below (if relates to an API call from a VBA application though):
