Where to find decent documentation on Bamboo web-item sections?

I found the basic Bamboo documentation for a web-item, but it only lists 4 locations to append web-items, and I know there are more. I want to add to the top navigation bar (Dashboard, Authors, Reports...)

Jira's documentation ios far superior in that aspect, but still incomplete.

Someone advertises for a bamboo, jira, confluence plugin that does the trick for you: webfragment-finder
