Web Section Location - Administration/Add-ons

Hello guys,
I need to add a new Web Section to the Administration/Add-ons page:

The tutorials I found say that that location is: location="admin_plugins_menu"
But it is not working.

Is the location right?

Yes, that is the correct location. How do you know it's not working? You need to add a Web Item to the Web Section in order for it to display. Maybe that's the problem.

Thanks Andreas, the tutorial I was following said that the Section could be tested with no web items, but after adding the web item the section showed up just fine. Thanks a bunch! :)
