I am trying to update Bamboo 4.4.5 to 5.0 and I get the following log statement:

[PluginUpgrader] Upgrade failed: mismatch between build definition and build definition XML

java.lang.IllegalStateException: mismatch between build definition and build definition XML

........

Where should I be looking for these two different numbers and what is a possible way of correcting this issue?

If you want to speed up the support issue handling process, set debug level on com.atlassian.bamboo.plan.PlanHibernateDao to DEBUG and attach the log to the support issue.
