Hello,
If I have empty repo and Bit-Booster Hook enabled, I get error below when trying to push first commit:
git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false -c credential.helper=sourcetree push -v --tags --set-upstream origin refs/heads/master:refs/heads/master
Pushing to https://user@bitbucket/scm/qt/java-app-server.git
POST git-receive-pack (9512594 bytes)
remote: Hook ca.bitbooster.impl.PreserveFirstParentHook failed. Error:
remote: refs/heads/master is set as the default branch, but this branch does not exist
To https://user@bitbucket/scm/qt/java-app-server.git
! [remote rejected] master -> master (pre-receive hook declined)
error: failed to push some refs to 'https://user@bitbucket/scm/qt/java-app-server.gi'
Completed with errors, see above
After I did my first push and enable Bit-Booster Hook back, next pushes work fine.

Сергей Панов,
Great bug report! Thanks for posting!
In a couple weeks I plan to make the Bit-Booster hook a global hook instead of just a per-repo hook, so this is a really important fix. I really appreciate you filing the bug report. Email support@bit-booster.com and I'll send you a coupon code for the add-on if you're interested.
A fix for this bug should arrive this Sunday (January 29th). Look for version 2017.01.29 on Monday morning. It will include a couple new features, too: Revert button, and Cherry-Pick button.
Here's a screenshot of the new Revert button that's coming in version 2017.01.29 (not released yet):
