Fisheye License to be provided in Crucible to allow Crucible to browse Code

Hi,

When I got to Repository in my Crucible instance in Actions I don't see Browse Option when I click it.

I have a Fisheye instance also and I get to see Browse option there.

The Problem is when I go to Source tab it shows error because of the inability of Crucible to Browse Code. But I do get Code being picked up by Fisheye and shown in the Source tab just below the error(because of Crucible) I could alse create Fisheye reviews from there....Seems like I can use Fisheye installation for both now..but the thing is there a quiet a lot reviews created in crucible so i can't migrate to the Fisheye Installation.

Now how do I make it work??

Thanks

Hi Bhupesh,

Apart from ensuring all steps listed in the Fisheye JIRA integration guide have been completed successfully:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Integrating+JIRA+with+FishEye

This can also be caused when for some reason, the Fisheye license is disabled:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHKB/404%3A+FishEye+is+not+enabled+referer%3Dnull

or the linked Fisheye repository itself is disabled:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/Error+on+JIRA+source+tab+for+disabled+Fisheye+Repo

If the issue perists, please contact Atlasian Support at https://support.atlassian.com for further investigation.

Thanks,

Gurleen

Hi Bhupesh,

If you are running a version of FIsheye/Crucible prior to 2.9, you will need to make sure that the Remote API is configured on the server settings administration page.

Kind Regards,
Richard Stephens
